The TD-W8970N combines an ADSL2+ modem, 4-port Ethernet router and 802.11n draft 2.0 wireless access point. It supports the latest ADSL2/2+ standards to provide network speeds of up to 24Mbps.

The integrated access point supports WEP, WPA-PSK, and WPA2-PSK wireless encryption to prevent unauthorized wireless access into your network.

This router supports VPN pass-through for IPSec, PPTP and L2TP, allowing you to establish up to 10 simultaneous IPSec tunnels. A built-in SPI firewall protects the network against malicious attacks.
