Despite having tried to get information on resetting the password, I have written to SMC trying to get information, sadly nobody has bothered to get in touch with me.. disgraceful service from SMC...

Will I buy another SMC product???? Absolutely not, there is no aftersales service at all, now I am going to have to go down another route and try to exchange the router or at least try to get my money back.
