The SMCD3BCM is a cable gateway. It operates on up to four downstream bonded channels and up to four upstream bonded channels enabling higher performance and throughput. Taking advantage of DOCSIS 3.0 technology with asymmetric connections can achieve over 160Mbps downstream and 120Mbps upstream.

The designed architecture allows future upgrades without replacing with new hardware.

The router can be easily configured via Web based configuration utility or via SNMP v.1/2/3.
