The SMCBR18VPN is a broadband router with a single 10/100Mbps WAN port, eight 10/100Mbps LAN ports and a single serial port. It supports NAT routing, DDNS and DMZ.

This router supports VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP, allowing you to establish up to 40 simultaneous VPN tunnels. It features a built-in SPI firewall to protect the network against hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.

The router can be easily configured via Web-based configuration utility, including a Quick Setup Wizard or via SNMP v.1/v.2.
