Netgear SRXN3205

details: ProSafe Wireless-N Gigabit VPN Firewall
hardware type: Firewall
date added: 2009-12-02
updated: 2015-01-27
The SRXN3205 is a wireless firewall with a single Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports. It provides WAN throughput of up to 60Mbps.

This firewall supports VPN pass-through for IPSec. It allows you to establish up to 5 SSL VPN tunnels and 5 IPsec VPN tunnels simultaneously. The SSL VPN tunnels support industry-strength encryption algorithms and features such as automatic cache cleanup after session termination to ensure protection and privacy of your sensitive data. A built-in SPI firewall provides Denial of Service (DoS) protection, URL keyword filtering, logging, reporting, and real-time alerts.

The integrated access point complies with the IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n (draft 2.0) standards, providing wireless transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption and 802.1x authentication

The SRXN3205 can be easily configured via Web-based configuration utility, including a Quick Setup Wizard or via SNMP v.2.
