NetComm 3G15Wn

details: ADSL2+/3G Wireless N Modem Router
hardware type: Travel Router
date added: 2010-02-04
updated: 2013-04-11
The 3G15Wn is an ADSL2+ 3G wireless router with a single RJ-11 WAN port, four 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN ports and a single USB port, intended for a connection using a 3G USB modem.

This router supports Internet auto failover from ADSL to 3G. The 3G15Wn uses ADSL as its primary connection to the Internet if both options are available; however should the ADSL connection fail for any given reason, then the 3G15Wn will automatically revert to 3G to provide an Internet connection.

The integrated access point complies with the IEEE 802.11n (draft 2.0) standard, providing wireless transmission rates of up to 300Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption and uses WMM(QoS) to prioritize the traffic over the network.

The router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec and PPTP. A built-in firewall protects the network against malicious attacks.
