Digicom Michelangelo Wave Pro V 3G

details: 3G Wireless Mobile Router
hardware type: Travel Router
date added: 2011-03-02
updated: 2020-03-23
Michelangelo Wave Pro V 3G integrates all the features necessary for an efficient ADSL or UMTS Internet access with LAN protection and Wireless connectivity in a single device.

The 3G USB modem (UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA) port can be used as an Auto-failover connection of the primary connection (ADSL or 3G).

As an alternative to Auto-failover mode, Michelangelo Wave PRO V 3G can use the UMTS network as primary link for mobile applications (rescue means of transport, totems, temporary posts, etc.) or preliminary installations in geographical areas not reached by the ADSL network where operators supply the UMTS connectivity as temporary network.

The VPN support (Virtual Private Network) offers secure local LAN access even to remote users (single Client or whole LANs) protected by data encryption, both via ADSL and UMTS.
