The VI-3223u is a wireless ADSL2+/VDSL2 router with five 10/100/1000 Base-T Gigabit Ethernet ports (four LAN ports and a single WAN port), two USB hosts integrated to provide wired LAN connectivity, two FXS ports for VoIP and a single FXO port. It automatically switches to ADSL2+ or VDSL2 according to the port setting of DSLAM and provides WAN throughput of up to 100Mbps.

The integrated access point complies with IEEE 802.11n (draft) standard. It supports WEP and WPA wireless encryption. A WPS button allows for easy wireless security configuration.

VI-3223u provides a variety of VoIP features, such as Caller ID, Call waiting and 3-Way Conferencing.

This router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP. It features a built-in firewall to protect the network from malicious attacks.
