CMR-982 is not only a mini-sized 3.5G router, but also a WiMAX mobile router. It has one 10/100Base-T LAN/WAN port and an USB port, intended for 3.5G USB modem connection.

The integrated access point complies with IEEE 802.11n standard, providing wireless transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps. It is WDS compatible and uses WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption.

CMR-982 is a mobility device for SOHO users and business travelers. It has a built-in battery and one mini USB port for alternative power supply.
