Do you have to change any settings to acces the configuration page?

The firmware on this unit is HORRIBLE. Frequent lock-ups. Belkin has never provided an updated firmware for it, and has been out for years. Can't find any info on chipset. Wish I could flash DD-WRT on it, but not sure if it would brick. May try anyway with FW for 7130-4, since factory firmware is TRASH.

Very poor unit, keeps hanging. I suggest not to buy this thing. :(
