Novell File Reporter could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files, caused by the improper handling of handling /FSF/CMD requests for records with NAME "FSFUI" and UICMD "130" by the NFRAgent.exe binary. By sending a specially-crafted HTTP request over port 3037 (TCP), a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the FILE tag to upload a malicious PHP script, which could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
