T-Mobile warns some iPhone users against installing iOS 10

T-Mobile's iPhone-using customers have been advised not to upgrade to iOS 10, which was released earlier this week.

In a Tweet, T-Mobile CEO John Legere has warned users of the iPhone SE, 6 and 6 Plus to hold off on installing the latest OS update, because it is reportedly introducing signal issues for T-Mobile's network:

"iPhone 6, 6+ & 5SE customers - Do not download iOS 10. We are getting reports of connectivity issues & Apple is working on a fix." "If you have taken iOS 10 on those iPhones, you can temporarily fix by powering down & back up. Permanent update coming within 24-48 hrs."

Apple's new mobile OS became available to the public Tuesday. The launch was clouded by a temporary software glitch that caused some iPhones to go into recovery mode. The update introduces an overhauled Control Center and iMessages, among many other improvements.
