NSA's hacking tools leaked online

A group of hackers called the Shadow Brokers has released another batch of hacking tools from the National Security Agency. This is reportedly the most extensive and important release of NSA hacking tools to date.

Among the impiortant revelations is a series of "zero-day exploits" for Microsoft Windows software. Fortunately, it turned out that these flaws have already been patched by Microsoft.

"The tools and exploits released today have been specifically designed to target earlier versions of Windows operating system," said security specialist Pierluigi Paganini.

The files also suggest that the US National Security Agency (NSA) had penetrated the SWIFT banking network and monitored a number of Middle East banks.

A spokesperson for the SWIFT banking system said in a statement that SWIFT was aware of reports that two third-party service bureaus might have been accessed, but SWIFT itself was not compromised.
