If you need an extra boost for a few games you play then it would make sense. If your games play fine or your system runs good as it is, there is no need other than trying to get a higher score in whatever benching program you use.

If you are satisfied with its performance than leave it.
But if you want that extra 10-20Fps in UT2003 overclock that sucka!

Well my internet is so screwed i cant even play that game unless i play single player uhh that really pisses me off.
