Remove Outlook in Win XP

how can i permamently remove outlook, deleting the files didnt work.. i want to remove it b/c it keeps placing .eml files everywhere on my pc. when i do virus scan they show up as virus and it deletes them, but they always come back.

your prob will keep coming back till you get rid of it.

whats the best way to get rid of it ? i did a Fixnimda.exe repair and shows its all gone, but ill post back if it comes back.
