The plane graphics are good, the terrain sucks... I thought they woulda had better graphics by now. Or do you have detail on the lowest level?

What is that and how do you do it? Oh, and my new Geforce2 Ultra 64MB DDR is en route via UPS for today or tomorrow delivery. Will that help? :)

I would appreciate that file, RoundEye! Can you email the ZIP file to me at lwren@woh.rr.com? Thanks.

And YES, Indy...I went plane happy last night/this morning. I finally went to sleep for 4 hours at 10:30am. :)

YOu won't be able to turn on anisotropic and AA with a GF2 Ultra, it would still be too slow....

Your best bet will be to crank all the details to their max and raise the resolution, start at 1024x768 and see how it runs...

what vid card you got now?

cause it looks like you have a lOT of the detail turned down real low...

How much?

Actually, I'm probably gonna wait until October, when I get my bonus, and buy me a GeForce4 Ti4600 :)

By October I think the NV30 chip will be out. Or is it NV35? Whatever the next generation of N'Vidia's chips are should be out right around then. You should be able to crank everything pretty high provided you can support AGP 4X at least.

Cool shots BTW. I'm gonna dig up MS Flight Sim 2000 and see what I can come up with.
