i always get 10% of what i pay for in downloads.. for example
i payed for .. 512k.. i get like 60 or 50.

Do you have proxy on, in IE to this:
In IE, go to Tools, internet options, connection tab at top, LAN settings at bottom, nothing should be checked in this box, NOTHING, No auto detect, no proxy, no automatic configuration script, NOTHING,
Then take analyzer test and post
REBOOT

when they advertize speeds on internet connections they do it ON "bits" and not "Bytes". For example: they say 1.5Mbits IT REALLY MEANS 150KBps. so you are getting what they advertized 512Kbits= 50KB, so there is nothing you can do about it. At least you uncap your modem which can give you problems with the law
( NOT RECOMENDED).

Actually no. 1.5megabits is equal to about 188 kilobytes and 1500 kilobits.

and which one is better..
on my isp's site.. i saw another service called dedicated access..
what's the difference between my adsl and that service?

ok.. theses are the plans they offer.. from this cable tv company..
but if i get it.. i really need your guarantee.. i can uncap it to get major speeds.. if not.. my dad will get mad at me.. hehe
well.. these are the speeds they offer:
256/128
320/160
512/256
960/480
which one shoudl i get.. and.. can u tell me one by one. how fast would i dl somethign?? when uncapped?

AMD, "uncapping" aDSL from the client end is impossible. And if it were, it would be as illegal as cable "uncapping".
"uncapping" cable is theft of services, and will not be discussed.

Yes, that is the reason you have no speed, looks like a 56K RWIN or dialup

.. i got the rwin.. to change to 12960..
i checked with dslreports tools.. tweak test..
anythign else i have to do to tweak.?
and why is the rwin so important?
