xp problem and fix

problem is with windows xp and rogue spear. when in 3rd person view, i get there frame skips, its really jerky. so i was told to open macromedia.com that fixed the problem no more skips. so what i did was run fraps and what happens is that macromedia eats up frame rate and makes it slower. i get 100+ fps before macromedia is open and 65 fps when open. is there any other fix out there beside sacraficing frame rate?

I do know that its not ment for gaming, unless its a microsoft title!!! at least thats what I have found AOE works great / Ghost Recon DOESNT
maybe we can get to gether and work on our issues with xp, im sure well get it lined out

i run rs on my xp rig all fine proply your card man
but rs is not ment for xp that is tru but make it run in windows 98/me mode

have you tyed to run rs in windows 98/me complint my rs dont run less in that

OK we have a problem now we have a plan
I found this last night surfing and I believe it to be the FTP of online gaming servers lol!!!
you have got to check this out it will help with lag a lot, Most problems you have with servers is it requires your browser to comunicate or a program to communicate. The problem is like games spy uses an over rated glamorized resource eating program with all the bells and whistles
This program works like an FTP program
It works great I played for the first 5 games in a row with out having to juice my system for more action

This is a must and the coolest thing is it will find any game and all servers running weather its UBI, Gamespy, or whatever
