I'm losing connection everyday right around the same time.
The cable light on my modem goes out. It's absolutely getting ridiculous. I'm right in the middle of something and I lose connection. I've complained and complained trying to get the problem fixed. The only fix they offer is to recycle the modem. That's the extent of their support. Which is the answer to all your problems. HA! They also offered to send someone out to service my modem. What a joke that is, it's not a hardware issue.
(just what I need to waste more time - so they can send a techie to my house - and still not have the prob resolved)

This is driving me crazy - anyone have any ideas?

How is the cable wire run to the modem? Does it travel near any large applincaes in your house?

No, it is not near any large appliances. It's a separate line, right into the room with my cpu. Happens right around the same time everyday. Cable light goes out - recycling the modem does about the same as just leaving it be. Eventually, it comes back online - and I'm fine til the same time next day. Very frustrating.

Would also like to add - nothing like this ever occurred on the other network.
