Ok, to start off with it, i have an ATTBI cable connection. I just noticed in the registry tab in your optimizer, under the MSTCP folder, there was another folder named ServiceProvider, so i checked it out and found this: Local, Hosts, Dns, and Netbt priority keys, i was wondering if you just changed those keys, if it would trick the attbi hosts into thinking your connection was the most important in the area, thus improving speeds by an insane amount. Please reply telling me what these keys actually do as i'm pretty sure important data like that wouldn't be stored on a consumers computer where they could modify them.

All those are just used to specify where to look for hostname resolution, whether to look in the local hosts file first or asking the DNS server... The numbers simply specify which has higher priority.
