or is it that my parents are geting more and more annoying everyday. its 2 am, i was just woken up (restless sleep) by my dog. i came down stares and preped a cup o noodles. my mom comes down, and blames my insomnia on the computer. i snapped. i feel kinda bad, but i cant take that **** when i was trying to sleep for 2 hours. BAH! she fails to use logic, avting only with emotions. I no longer take advice from her, because i know if i do, i will get hurt emotionally. WHY DOES BEING A TEENAGER SUCK ASS SO MUCH!

I look back on my living with my parents and am ashamed at how I acted sometimes. I was as problem-child as you could get, and being a teen is hard as hell no matter what. Looking back though, they were doing the best they could, and all in my best interest.
That doesn't mean I forgive them for some of the dumb sh*t, but I did plenty of my own dumb sh*t too.
They love you, and they're trying to raise you the best they can. You might not realize it until you're gone (moved out), but communication is the best way to solve problems.
Let them know what makes you mad, and try to work stuff out that way.

Humboldt is right. Teens often lack sufficient experience to do things properly. Parents often are overprotective, find a middle ground by talking it out. When mom or dad gets emotional, just end the talk and begin again later. Works great, now I just wish I had such insights when I was a teenager.
