So you want us to help you figure out how to access a network that you probably don't have authorized use of?

The wireless network may not be connected to the Internet, or it may require additional configuration of clients (i.e. DNS, Gateway, IP, etc.)

See if it works when you're closer to it. Since wifi requires two-way communication, even if their network transmits a strong signal, your client computer may not be able to send that strong of a signal back to establish a reliable connection.

distance between my pc to the wifi quite closer. wireless keep on connected on the network but still lo luck to connect to internet. for your info the signal is very good. when i try to troubleshoot using Windows Network Diagnostic the problem was detected is Windows cant connect to the hidden network "wireless". what is that mean?

hi, are you on the latest drivers for your networking adapter? also please do the following:

start>run>cmd>ipconfig /release
start>run>cmd>ipconfig /renew

then do this:
start>run>cmd>ipconfig /flushdns

Did you check all your port and wireless device settings? Doesn't seem much problem. May be the device is not working fine.
