Hi all first time post here and I hope you can help me

My connection is adsl 6mb and my os is win 7 64 bit (latest drivers).
I have set the Optimal settings with tcp opt. (administrator) , reboot ecc..but my rwin seems too low.

Windows 7 autotuning factors in your latency when it produces a optimal RWIN value. It is normal to see small RWIN sizes on a low latency connection. In this paticular case you need to run TCP Optimizer again. For whatever the reason the optimal settings were not applied. Please run TCP Optimizer with optimal setting, click apply, and reboot. Then, post your new TCP Analyzer results. RWIN Scaling should look like this RWIN Scaling: 2 bits (2^2=4) when the tweak is properly applied. Please run a tracert to google.com and provide those results as well.

I have done as you said but the results is the same (except for TTL 38 and now 37)

Right click TCP Optimizer, run as admin, and reapply settings.

Do you have any other tweaking programs on your computer?

I use only Tcp Opt. How can i resolve?

Go to this website http://windows7themes.net/winsock-fix-f ... ows-7.html fallow the directions to reset winsock. Then, reboot your computer. Finally reapply the optimal settings from TCP Optimizer.

It's true but the winsock fix should have to reset this right?

It's possible that all these problems are because it's 64 bit os?

This is weird now it is reporting this again. Is that FastPing a program that can be uninstalled?

Nope it's only an executable

It only aplly the fix for Tcp Ack Freq. and Nagle Alg. (that I do now manually from regedit)

Okay... Well the most important thing is how are your speeds? Try running a speed test at speedtest.net to a place close to you. Lets make sure your speeds are good. I will look into this some more in the mean time. There is another post with a problem similar to yours. I am looking into it as well. I will let you know what else to try when I find something out. I am gonna reach out to some other people and see what they think.

Your speed tests look very good. Your paying for 6mb and getting 5.5mb - 6mb. After talking to Philip he told me that the results of TCP Analyzer can change with each test due to auto-tuning. RWIN Scaling doesn't have to be 2^2=4. If I hear anything more about it I will let you know. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for your time and patience.
