Increasing my ping (yes to increase not to decrease)

Hello to evry one ! Im new here and i am new to the whole internet tweaking thing. Well ima just go to the point.
I play a online game witch requiers to have abit higher ping than i have atm. 53ms to the server, i would need about 150-200 ms to the server to perform great on the server.(i.e using one skill to move, then comes mini lag, use the other skill be4 i move = using 2 skills at a time) My question is how i can increase my ping to that state where its comfortable for me.
I will supply evry info that is needed to figure out this funny request.

Thanks in advance.

this game. and it's not beeing a lame tard. it's a way of pvp in that game. if u dont know about the game itself then pls dont start calling names. anywais, in that vid u can see that he is double casting skills. ie rapid gliding then switching over to bloody spear, so he does 2 skills at once- glides and atacks,. u can see it in the down right corner. and thats what in trying to atchive. and if ur thinking now omfg he moves and then hes harder to tarrget etc. then ur wrong, targeting in that game goes by just pushing caps lock and u can atack when the one who is beeing atacked is in skill range.
please speed guide.net ! PIMP MY CONNECTION lol
