Try Teamviewer (free)
Also ShowMyPC.com

I use GoToMeeting...
I also built my own remote support server using a product called EchoGent.

LogMeIn has a special package for IT remote support use also.

I'm hoping to come across a hardware appliance one day that someone wants to get rid of...called Bomgar.

waste of money.. anyone with some good comp skills at cleaning and tweaking a system can do that for a fraction of the costs..

yeah I had to read it twice myself... he's tryin to use crap like that finally fast dot com crap... a little house keeping of the comp and perhaps some tweaking such as the use of TCP optimzer and so on will make it run as fast as his connection can give him.
