I can’t reach some sites from my VZ FIOS at home I have two computers XP same issues so I have reset the modem and called VZ no luck…they changed my IP address and there is nothing from their end they said so thought of adding a proxy to IE I now can reach our website and other sites I can’t normally reach without the proxy here is an example for one I can’t reach http://www.sbits.biz “they host our site for work”

Any ideas please?

goto start menu run type cmd in the run bos click ok
in the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns wait till it's done.
Try the site again

If you are using a router you might also want to try setting your dns servers manually in the tcpip properties.
