Log into your router and make sure MTU (or MRU) is set to 1500 and MSS to 1460. Save and reboot the router.

Then run the settings Rollingstone gave that have MTU at 1500 and TCP Window at 32120.

MSS = MTU - 40

If your MTU is set at 1500, MSS wuld automatically be at 1460.

If your MTU is at 1480, MSS will become 1440.

If your router has no setting for MSS, then it will be set automatically.
