dns problem - my ISP? HELP!!

I switched my website hosting to a new company from my ISP (changed DNS Settings with Network Solutions who registers my Domain name). I have a WIndows Vista laptop that I use. When I am at any other location I can see my new website that I created and edit it. When I am connected at home, thru my ISP, I can only see my old webpage (which is hosted on their servers). I have successfully flushed the dns cache at the command prompt with 'configsys /flushdns' . It didn't help. How can I point to the new website from any connection made thru my ISP?

How much time did you give this? There is a time period for replication to occur..across the internet...so various DNS servers get updated with the new IP address. This time period is varying according to ISPs..some take longer than others. Sometimes a matter of a couple of days....and even some other places take longer.

Also from a command prompt try ipconfig /flushdns. This will clear the cache of dns entries on your laptop.

Like StoneCat said, DNS takes time to propagate. Once that's done, however, you will need to have your old hosting company remove your domain from their DNS records. Normally this doesn't matter, but since this is your ISP... it really does.
Alternatively, you can set the DNS servers that your computer uses to the OpenDNS servers.
