SG Broadband Community

My laptop will connect to the internet with my wireless connection but if I want to wire it directly to the router/access point, it wont connect. It will find the network but it wont connect. I get a different IP when I connect to the eithernet port. My wireless IP ends with .136 and the eithernet port ends with .3 Could that be an issue with me reaching the web.

Is the Wired Ethernet Port (Local Area Network) setup for DHCP?

Had a client with a similar issued, turned out their LAN was Static Ip'ed for some odd reason.
