CanTHis be ImPROVE?

Still it the speed is to slow for video conference thing...
Just need advice or help..since i cant get other provider in this area...
Pls...tweak this up.

they say its 512kps but i think its like a dial-up thing....
its already being tweak.... but im asking if there's still a way to improve this...

Do a tracert to http://www.yahoo.com and post.

To do a tracert, click 'Start' and then 'Run'. Type "cmd" into the box and click 'ok'.

A DOS black screen will appear. Type after the C:\>

tracert http://www.yahoo.com

and press enter key

When test is completed, move mouse cursor to the DOS black screen, click right and choose 'select all'.

Move mouse cursor to the Quick Reply box of this forum, click right and 'paste'.
