now my problem is when i scroll on web pages or any page period, the info comes in waves like it's a video problem maybe?

yeah, to 6.12 thought i was loading some of the tv stuff for the aiw and it asked for my ati cd to upgrade the codecs and i couldn't find my video card box in my closet.. but the drivers installed just fine..

i would actualy be most happy if i could put an older version of ie back onto my computer..
