He injects so many drugs and so much synthol into his arms. In case you guy were wondering, synthol is an oil that some people inject into their body and the oil can last for several weeks (I've heard up to a month) before dissipating. And when he's injecting loads of synthol into his arms every other day and working out only his arms, you get freaked up arms looking like his. Not to mention he's a genetic freak too. So, yeah. His arms look nasty.

Is he powerful though? I'm thinking he's actually gaining himself more size than actual power, as you dont see him benching 1000lbs like that maniac I saw the other day. Why would you only work on your biceps? Just makes you look retarded...pic in point.

Exactly. I'm sure he has some respectable strength, but he really just wants to be a freak in size. There are plenty of people who are stronger than that guy and are smaller in "size." It'd be fun to watch a small guy with actual "strength" kick his arse. His arms are filled with oil. So, yeah, he pretty much talks the talk but can't walk the walk.
