Ever since I installed Windows Xp SP2 my webpages take forever to load up.

Whats the deal? I haven't changed any settings on cablenut or anything else after the installation.

This blows.

Anyone have any suggestions?

did you dislable the xp's firewall??

Yes I have pratically disabled all of Windows Security Centre becuase I have all of its protection from 3rd party software..

However, my download speeds have decreased considerably

What new values should I use for my RWIN etc..?

My caps are 3000/800 Bell Sympatico HSE.

You odn't need to change anything in cablenut and how slow is slwo
