Vid Card > Doom3

i have a gf4 ti 4800, and i just pre-ordered Doom3 , i was woundering if this vid card will play it well with good graphics, cuz frys has a ATI9800 pro for 160 bucks. i seen in some web sites for 200+. is that card better then the 1 have. IS IT A GOOD BUY???

yes the 9800Pro is better than what you have
yes that is a good price
make sure its not the card with a 128bit memory bus though, Sapphire was doing that
if its got a 256bit memory bus and its at the price, grab it
hell, even if its the 128bit memory bus card its still way better than what you got
