Is there a point at which you can upload enough for them to find you in denial of the TOS and disconnect you or charge you extra or something bad like that? I ask because I'm leaving for 9 days as of tomorrow and I have a BitTorrent download that I'd lke to leave open with an upload cap of 24KB/s for the whole 9 days. I did the math quick and I found that I'll be uploading something around 18GB of data over the 9 days. Does that sound like an amount that could get me in trouble? I could just lower the upload limit but I'd like to keep it up there to help the download go along for other people.

I wouldn't worry about it, I upped twice that in DV to a friend with no problem.

I've read elsewhere Comcast has sent letters to a few customers about bandwidth usage but I think it'll take alot to set off any red flags. I'm thinking a matter of months or so. Thing is it's not even in Comcast's TOS about what their limit is so I honestly don't see how they can go back at their customers like they do.
