It is way past time to buy myself a new system since my current twin 800mhz on a Asus motherboard is running out of steam
So looking for recommendations for a 3.0mhz P4 mother board. I have always liked Asus but I have been out of the loop for a bit so I have no idea who is rulling the roost as of late.
Only request is
speed rules and twins are always better
Thanx!

I did'nt give permission for anyone to use my AV?
Xcuse me, I don't appreciate ppl stealing from me. I'm sure you know how to use psp7 and eye candy and you can create a unique one just like I did.

Dam I thought LT was not only using an Asus but buying an Intel.

It made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
Steven, If you want help you need to start by showing some respect for LT's avvy by changing yours. I had someone Else's a few months ago so don't sweat it. Besides it's freaking me out.

On my system people flip flop avatars like it is going out of style. Ever hear copying is a form of flatery. Anyways been here way longer then most (Did you know these boards used to be UBB) just tend to lurk. Mostly due to the attitudes I have seen fly at times at people jumping on the bandwagon when issues should be left betweeen 2 individuals.
I would have removed the avatar as noted in your PM but looks like you had it done for me

Well I can understand in your forums and I can very well see by the date under your name you've been here quite sometime. Judging by the post count you are indeed a lurker, still that doesn't give you the right to just snatch up my AV. In your forum it's called flattery, I call it plain stealing. I think that's disrespectful.
If you wanted to use my AV all you had to do was ask. I would've said no, but would've been more than happy to create one for you.
As far as other ppl jumping the bandwagon it's because they thought you where me. That falls under the header of Identity. By you stealing my AV you're stealing my Identity. See how that works? Yes i had it removed because it wasn't yours to begin with. Next time you want something, all you have to do is ask.
Btw, your AV is nice anyway, why would you want to switch it?

I have been running online communities for well over 20 years. The rules are inconsistant from system to system as what is considered disrespectful in one place is ok yet in another.
So no harm, no foul...
As for my avatar I just grabed on from my system. Which btw I have no problem with other people using. All I ask is you take the image and do not link to it.

Yeah screw that looser.
As for your MB Steven the Asus P4C800E Deluxe is a great board that serving me well. I debated recently about getting the Abit IC7-Max3 but found there are issues with memory and bus dividers along with certain voltage discrepancies. If these were to be addressed in a BIOS update as they could be I would go with the Abit.
