Netoworking Performance

Howdy,
I am looking for a site that will provide real good troublshooting information for network performance.
I am looking after a site with a couple of file servers, an exhchange server & 3 TS servers connecting through RDP
Problem is I cant seem to find what is eating up all the bandwidth or application so if anyone can recommend any where to start seaching that would be great.
