Just get the Saitek Gaming keyboard ...it's backlit...looks cool and is perfect for gaming.....get the MX518 as it has more buttons to bind to controls ... and don't forget the oversized mouse pad....essential for gaming.....of course I will make quick work of you on the battlefield.

How many programs do you plan on running?

Interesting thought, 2GB ram drive.

i recently upgraded to 2GB of ram and have hit my swap file a few times already doing certain things with video/images, but i don't see the need for more ram at the resolutions i run games at, 1280 x 1024 is as high as i go gaming on my 19" CRT montior.

JCOS have you looked at something like a falcon northwest or a voodoo custom PC, i think you can configure one pretty high end like as well.

If you are gonna use it for gaming only its kick ass PC.
2gb of ram is enough i was thinking about getting 2gb more but then changed my mind, really dont need it.The only think what i dont like is the mobo and chassis ...thats all.

PS: with so strong PSU why only few hdd's ? I would go with 4x WD raptors and 3x300gb for storage.
