See here you go again posting a value that isn't even valid.

MaxHashTableSize - This value should be set to a power of 2 (for example, 512, 1024, 2048, and so on.) If this value is not a power of 2, the system configures the hash table to the next power of 2 value (for example, a setting of 513 is rounded up to 1024.) This value controls how fast the system can find a TCP control block and should be increased if MaxFreeTcbs is increased from the default.

Value Type: REG_DWORD—number (must be a power of 2)

Valid Range: 0x40–0x10000 (64-65536 decimal)

Default: 512

LMAO, that's OK if you don't know the valid values for each parameter there is a link to them in my thread Help & Tips. :rotfl: :rotfl:

HMMMM, do I need to explain everything? If you put in a value that isn't legit it is just ignored..... so the value you are using doesn't do anything. If you know so much about tweaking then why are you daily (actually hourly) changing your settings and posting another speed test result with the new settings? Just set them and leave it alone already, nobody cares what kind of speeds you get they want more speed and need help in doing that. So quit posting these stupid WOOT threads and start helping people and explaining what they ask.

What does that mean? If you are going to reply then reply in plain English. I mean Lobo these type of threads are useless and help nobody, the new Winguides tweaks are helpful and contain some good information but give these ridiculous "WOW look at my speed" threads a rest.

You will NEVER EVER understand things will you, just because it's there doesn't mean Windows will use it. HMMM let's see why don't you change your TcpReceiveWindow to a string value instead of a DWORD value and see if it works..... but wait it's still in the registry so why won't it work? Because it's not valid - that's why.

LMAO :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You are such a moron, didn't I post above what the VALID range of values for this parameter are?? You just like to make up stuff and think it's right.... I mean you really do just make up settings and such and tell people to use them - get a CLUE, you are making yourself look like an idiot. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

It's NOT Bill's way, it's the way it was written to work. You can't just put random numbers you make up and expect things to work. Go ahead and do what I said and change your TcpReceiveWindow to a string value - it'll work because according to you..... "it shows up in the registry". LMAO :rotfl: :rotfl:

Even the noobies are gonna know your clueless. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Keep up the good work. :D

Ok, this is what i think of Lobo and Mnosteele52 tweaks. They both work greats but Lobo Tweak is faster on the FTP speed and Mnosteele52 is faster on the HTTP tweak. Everytime i try Lobo .. the ftp speed seem to be faster and Mnosteele52 tweak the Http seem to be faster.

That's what i think.

If there is a valid range of values for a certain parameter and you put in a value that is not within that range what would you call it..... INVALID. Please stop making yourself look so dumb, I mean come on this is Basic Computing 101, you have been posting here for how many years and still don't understand this stuff...... then nothing I say is going to help you. Just keep you ****amamie ideas to yourself and quit giving out inaccurate information to people who don't know any better.  :rotfl: :rotfl:

HMMM, I haven't seen you recommend those ridiculous size RWINs to anyone lately.... I wonder why? Maybe because your ridiculous "theory" of cpu & RAM isn't right?

Or maybe you actually did learn something. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
