When I had Win 98 with @home, I doubled my speeds by using the tweaks at:

http://www.broadbandnuts.com

They do offer a nice selection of tweaks here:

I can't speak to Internet Turbo 2001....

If you're running Turbo 2001 and you want to use the cablenut software... you're going to have to ditch the Turbo 2001 (remove program). Turbo 2001 will write to the registry everytime you reboot as will cablenut. Who wins???? Who knows.

How do you like Turbo 2001? If you like it... stop. If it doesn't ring your bell... uninstall it and come on back. Speed Guide has a real nice tool here that might not be as complicated as cablenut. Regardless... if Turbo 2001 isn't working for you, get rid of it before getting Speed Guide or Cablenut.
People will forget what you said... and people will forget what you did... but people will never forget how you made them feel.

MadDoctor is right - if you want to try something new, ditch the old tweak first.

I always use the default ccs files with Cablenut and have had nothing but success.
