XP Qos Q for shaw @ Home

XP Qos Q for shaw @ Home

can someone tell me how to disable/enable that Qos thing (were xp reserves 20% or badwith) also is it better to leave it not configured or set it to zero b/c my isp is shaw @ home i dunno if they use Qos or not.

Just leave it at not configured. I have tried both settings and it didn't change jack ****. I think it is a rumor. Doesn't work.
