Check out the "What's Happening" section of the March 2003 edition of CPU magazine.News Item entitled "Is there an Xboy in the works?" Has to do with the company Memory Logix and a chip they built with a 0.13 micron process and a 6mm core.Claims the Xboy is a "potential"
application.
