Ever since I installed Windows Xp SP2 my webpages take forever to load up.

I have Bell Sympatico HSE. My speeds are constant 2485/660 on a speakeasy speed test. My Caps are 3000/800 so I'm only getting 80% of my total bandwith. :irate: :mad: :cry:

(Cap 960 x 124ms)/8 = 14880
14880 /1440 (MSS) = 10.3333333333 or 10
14880 *10 = 148800 is Optimal RWIN.

Is it true that Sympatico HSE is increasing their advertised upload speeds from 120 to 320???
They claim the transition will occur bwteen June - July 31/03

Im running Windows XP pro. I'm using a DSL PPPOE connection to connect to the internet. Bell Sympatico is my ISP. Their caps are 960/120 i believe.
Everytime I do a speed test, i reach about 797kpbs. For my upload, it averages at about 103.

Okay, those suggested values did increase my download speed slightly, showever, i went to microsoft to test the speed of my download, and it went from 108k/s and continued to decrease all the way down to 60k/s untill the download fiinshed.
