One tip for testing:
the result will not be obvious if you test just one thread.
try to do 10 speed tests at same time, and add the values together.

TCPInitialRtt and "Segments Retransmitted"
if your "Segments Retransmitted" is huge number(more than 1/4 of "Segments Received"), try to increase the value of TCPInitialRtt (DWORD) in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{#Interface}
Default is 3000 (Dec.), try 5000 or more.

After I optimized with cablenut, there is no video and audio appeared in Netmeeting, but Remote Desktop and File Trans. are normal.
Can anybody give me any idea?
