We have Vista tweaking information available here: http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=2574

Unfortunately Vista/2008 server are very different than 9x/XP/2003, and the TCP Optimizer does not have any effect currently.

We've released a Windows Vista/2008 patch in the download secrion of the site that optimizes the settings for broadband connections. We've also considered releasing a Vista TCP Optimizer version, however, the interface would have to be substantially different as under those operating systems you have no direct control over the TCP Window (RWIN), for example.

Hey I just tried to optimize my windows 7 RC Build 7100 And I think it worked out. My internet connection is Damn slow.Every time I used to start Firefox My back ground downloads used to drop down to 0-1-2kB/s but now even when firefox is running the downloads are at 8-9kB/s.

it is a question :
is it compatible with Windows XP home family SP3
it is with SP2 but SP3 ?

Apparently Windows NT 4.0 is not supported. Judging from the suggested registry additions involving VxD's (not used by NT) it seems that the TCPOptimizer misrecognizes this OS as Windows 95/98/Me.
