What is "Broadband Tweaking" ?

Most Operating Systems, led by Windows are not well optimized for high-speed high-latency networks, such as broadband Internet connections. By tweaking some key settings in the Operating System on your end of the connection, we can achieve much better performance at no additional cost. This is referred to as tweaking, it is perfectly legal, and recommended by the tech. staff at most ISPs.
