How to turn on Remote Desktop in Windows Vista ?

Remote Desktop is disabled by default in Windows Vista.

To turn it on, so you can access your machine remotely:

1. Right-click on the "Computer" icon and choose "Properties" from the pull-down menu (or type: system into the Start menu seach box)

2. Click the "Remote settings" in the left menu bar

3. Click the second radio button to "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop"


Note: This may not work with Windows Vista Home editions.
